The EDIS (Electrical Distribution Interface System) will standardize your utility body mount on your truck chassis. All your electrical connection will be done through this system. There will be no need to have three or more junction box throughout the truck and body.

It has the capability of controlling up to nine different relayed circuits with a maximum output of 20 amps each. These nine circuits will handle all your lighting and safety lighting needs.

The PTO is controlled through this system which offers all the safety features of the Allison WTEC transmission and newer transmission models, such as auto neutral, PTO over speed protection and PTO engagement protection. The engine controls such as engine start, engine stop, two speed throttle and emergency power are also featured in the EDIS system. The engine controls can be control through a very efficient wireless control system, with this system there is need to run any wires or air hoses to the bucket. All there is a Remote Switch Controller that you would mount in the bucket; this is a transmitter that would signal the receiver that is mounted in the EDIS which controls the relays that control the engine functions & the emergency power solenoid. The EDIS system can be ordered with the standard engine control system that would take the ground or positive signals from the air switches that are in the bucket.
