PLC SMART RELAY CONTROL SYSTEM
We are introducing the IDEC Smart Relay to our growing
product line. We are able to replace multiple relays,
timers and counters with this compact system. This product
will control 16 outputs and 22 inputs with ease. The
CPU houses a real time clock and calendar. Programming
and editing can be done on the unit itself or through
the interface of the laptop computer software. The LCD
display panel allows you to show up to five different
text messages, which can be use in troubleshooting.
The LCD display also shows the activating of your Inputs
and Outputs in real time making troubleshooting easy.
Programs can be tested through the software on the laptop
before they are actually downloaded into the unit.

We are currently using this system on Stone Slingers
& Concrete Mixer Trucks to be able to control all
the functions needed to be able to move the vehicles
Forward, Backwards and Steer Left and Right through
a Radio Controlled system. We also feature an Emergency
Shutdown, Lighted Warning system, Safety Features, PTO
ON/OFF, Hydraulic Cooler Fans, Engine RPM Control, Engine
Start and Stop. All these features are controlled through
the Smart Relay System. This system has proved to be
very reliable and cost effective.
