ARTICULATING CRANE INSTALLS
EDRJ100
The EDRJ100 offers you three different Set Speeds and a Variable RPM. It will give you cab throttle inhibit or cab throttle limitation. You can use this product to remote start and stop your engine. We have also added the ability to protect your PTO from a over speed condition. The EDRJ100 is easy to install and works on the J1939 Can Bus of the truck. It works on most trucks that have J1939 from 2006 to present. The speed settings are set through our software prior to delivery or through the built in programming feature in the product. It comes with a Life Time Manufacturing Warranty and a 2 Year Component Warranty.
CPC101
Crane Power Control Module works with the EDRJ100. The CPC101 is a heavy duty power controller for your crane installation. This product will supply your equipment with power, that is controlled by the PTO engagement. It has two heavy 25 amp power circuits for the hydraulic cooler fans, they can come on with the PTO or be controlled by a hydraulic temperature sensor. It will transfer your radio or manual switch signals, Engine Start/Stop, Set RPM and Horn to the EDRJ100, which will control the truck side. (Read the EDRJ100 Description). It comes with a Life Time Manufacturing Warranty and a 2 Year Component Warranty.
CFC101
The CFC101 is a very robust product that will control your hydraulic cooler fans. There are two 80 amp relays, one for each output that is protected by a by a 30 amp circuit breaker. The PCB was created to handle the high currant that is needed to drive the cooler fans. The side indicator lights will let you know when the fan is in on, with optional outputs for external indicator lights that can be mounted in a remote location. The CFC can be activated by a positive or a ground input. This product measures 4"X4"X2" (10.16X10.16X5.08mm)
