EDR100 – ELECTRONIC DIESEL RPM CONTROL SYSTEM

This system will allow you to control the electronic engines RPM, either a set engine speed or a variable engine speed (Increase or Decrease). This system takes the radio remote signals or the manual switch signals (Positive or Negative) and converts them to allow them to control the engines RPM. The EDR I body measures 4″X4″X2″. The body and connector are both weather proof, allowing versatility when you are installing the system. This product is very reliable and comes with a limited Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty.

EDR201A – ELECTRONIC DIESEL RPM CONTROL SYSTEM

This system will allow you to control the electronic engines RPM, either a set engine speed or a variable engine speed (Increase or Decrease). It will also control your remote stopping and starting of the engine. This system takes the radio remote signals or the manual switch signals (Positive or Negative) and converts them to allow them to control the engines RPM, stopping and starting of the engine. This system is very versatile, it also has been used to control other functions such as Crane Power, Radio Remote Power, PTO Safety Features, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Spot Lights. The EDR II body measures 5″X5″X2″. The body and connector are both weather proof, allowing for versatility when you are installing the system. This product is very reliable and comes with a limited Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty.

EDR301 – ELECTRONIC DIESEL RPM CONTROL SYSTEM

This system will allow you to control the electronic engines RPM. It gives you a set engine speed, remote engine stop and start of the engine. EDR401A – ELECTRONIC RPM CONTROL MODULE

This system will allow you to control the electronic engines RPM. It gives you a set engine speed, remote engine stop and start of the engine. It also allows you to feed your crane/radio and your cooler fan power. This system takes the radio remote signals or the manual switch signals (Positive or Negative) and converts them to allow them to control the engines RPM, turns on your crane/radio, cooler fan, stopping and starting of the engine. The EDR IV body measures 5″X5″X2″. The body and connector are both weather proof, allowing for versatility when you are installing the system. This product is very reliable and comes with a limited Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty.

EDRJ100 – J1939 ELECTRONIC DIESEL RPM CONTROL SYSTEM

RPM Control Co. has developed the EDRJ100 to control the engine RPM in the simplest manner possible. This was accomplished by utilizing the J1939, the electronic engine communication highway. Most engines today are using the J1939 to create communication to engine and other modules that are connected to this.
 The EDRJ100 has the capability to control the engine RPM, giving you three different set RPM’s and a variable RPM (Increase/Decrease). The great feature of this module is that the engine ECM does not need to be programmed for the EDRJ100 to work.

The programming is done through software that communicates with the EDRJ100. The software is used to program the max RPM, the three set RPM speeds. We have also added three different interlocks that can be turned on or off, they monitor whether the vehicle is in neutral, if the parking brake is applied and if there is any road speed. This information has to be on the J1939 to be able to utilize these features. A PTO safety features is included in the EDRJ100, which protects your PTO from being run at a RPM that is above the rated speed.  The software is used to program the maximum kick out speed and re engagement of the PTO. 

Basic Features: Three Set RPM Speeds, Variable RPM (Increase/Decrease), PTO Protection, Engine Start, Engine Shutdown.

Additional Features: Road speed Limiting, Engine Starting, Engine Shutdown, Throttle Inhibit, Throttle Limitation, Auto Neutral Output, and Engine Running Output.

The Features can be Customized to whatever your application needs.

The Software and Communication adapters can be purchased.

The EDRJ100 works on most J1939 electronic engine, such as Cummins, Detroit, Mack, Caterpillar, Max Force Big Bore, Volvo, Paccar and most J1939 engines.

EDRJ200 – J1939 ENGINE CONTROL MODULE

The EDRJ200 has the capability to control the engine RPM from a Analog input such as a Foot Pedal or Hand throttle. It also has 2 programable Set RPM, Engine Start, Engine Shutdown and PTO protection.The great feature of this module is that the engine ECM does not need to be programmed for the EDRJ200 to work.

Other Features can be added such as Auto Neutral, PTO Enable, Throttle Limitation, Road Speed Limiting, Engine Running, Neutral Start, Engine Running No Start.
